Website and acceptance

EISTM.com is operated by Rehabsurge 2, LLC (“EISTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase through it.

Intended audience and professional responsibilities

EISTM tools and training materials are intended primarily for appropriately trained adults and healthcare or movement professionals. Purchasers and course participants are responsible for confirming that any instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization activity is within their license, certification, training, employment policies, and local scope of practice. A course certificate does not grant a healthcare license or independently authorize a clinical procedure.

Educational information; no promised results

Website, course, book, and video content is for professional education and general product information. It is not a substitute for individualized patient evaluation, independent clinical judgment, or applicable professional standards. No particular patient outcome, number of visits, referral volume, financial result, or diagnostic accuracy is promised.

Products, prices, and orders

Prices, availability, colors, bundle contents, and product descriptions may change before purchase. The price and applicable charges shown at the final checkout are controlling for the order. We may contact you to correct obvious errors or decline an order as permitted by law, providing a refund where required. Third-party retailers such as Amazon set their own displayed prices and policies.

Shipping and delivery

For EISTM tool sets delivered to the contiguous 48 United States, the currently published shipping charge is $20 per set via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charges for other products or destinations are displayed at checkout or provided in a written quote. Standard processing may require 1–2 business days. Estimated transit of approximately 3–5 business days after shipment is not a guarantee. Tracking information will be provided when available. Risk of loss and consumer rights are governed by applicable law.

Returns for physical products — PROPOSED; OWNER APPROVAL REQUIRED

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery for unused tools in unopened or like-new condition. Items used in patient care cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Obtain return instructions before shipping. The customer pays return postage unless the item is incorrect or has a verified covered defect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, subject to applicable law.

Online course access and refunds — PROPOSED; OWNER APPROVAL REQUIRED

Access to paid online materials is generally provided after purchase confirmation. A full refund may be requested within seven days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed. After course materials have been accessed, fees are nonrefundable except as required by law or when we cannot provide the purchased course. Course access may be suspended for account sharing, unauthorized reproduction, or misuse, subject to applicable law.

Certificates and continuing education

The EISTM Clinical Atlas is listed as a 15-hour online course. A printed certificate may be mailed upon successful course completion and receipt of the required contact and mailing information; standard certificate shipping is included in the course fee under the currently published policy. Course acceptance, point categories, and applicable limits vary by licensing board. Learners are responsible for verifying credit eligibility and keeping their certificates and participation records. EISTM will not represent that 15 course hours automatically equal 15 renewal points in every state.

On-site training

On-site training is available by separate written proposal. The website currently lists a $2,995 training offering including tools and a manual, but participant capacity, number of sets included, travel and lodging, the timetable, any deposit, rescheduling, and cancellation conditions must be specified and accepted in writing before payment. A contact-form inquiry does not itself reserve a date.

Limited warranty

EISTM presently offers a one-year limited warranty against material defects from the purchase date for EISTM instruments. A verified covered defect will be addressed by replacement without additional charge for the instrument; shipping charges may apply as disclosed when the claim is processed. This warranty does not cover damage from dropping, abuse, unapproved cleaning or sterilization, alteration, or ordinary wear. Customers must provide proof of purchase. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Cleaning, inspection, and appropriate use

Use the instruments only according to the applicable manufacturer instructions, professional standards, and facility infection-control policies. Clean and disinfect between users using a validated method compatible with the exact material. Ultrasonic cleaning does not sterilize. Do not autoclave or use high-temperature reprocessing without specific validated authorization. Inspect tools before each use, and discontinue using any chipped, cracked, or damaged instrument.

FDA information

FDA establishment registration and device listing are not approval, clearance, or endorsement by the FDA. References to a device classification or registration number are provided for transparency and must not be interpreted as independent verification of efficacy or safety claims.

Intellectual property and course-use limits

EISTM names, tool designs, images, written materials, course content, and videos may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other applicable law. Purchase of a course provides a limited personal license to view the paid course materials for the purposes permitted by the platform; it does not permit resale, copying, public distribution, or shared logins. Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Accounts and communications

You agree to submit accurate order and enrollment information, protect your login credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use. We may send necessary transaction, enrollment, safety, warranty, or service communications. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Website availability and third-party links

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and services available but may update site content, correct errors, or temporarily suspend service for maintenance. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their products and terms are controlled by those third parties.

Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EISTM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website unavailability or misuse of products or training content. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer warranty and refund rights. Professionals remain responsible for their own clinical decisions and conduct.

Governing law, updates, and contact

These Terms are interpreted under applicable United States and North Carolina law, without overriding mandatory consumer rights. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date; the terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order.
